masullivan0325 Hello I recently bought a Snuza from you, and it gives multiple false alarms every night. We were borrowing a snuza from a friend for several months before buying yours, so we know how it is supposed to work. That one hardly ever gave false alarms. Was this device giving you false alarms when you used it?

kennedybrown97 @masullivan0325 we have one too, I had two of them so I sold the one I gave you, the only time ours ever gives false alarms is when it’s not tight in his tummy. When his diaper get loose or it gaps and the blue end can’t pick up the breathing good. I’m so sorry you’re having trouble with it. Let me know if that helps!

masullivan0325 We used a friend’s before we bought this one, so we know how they work. It would occasionally give false alarms like you said when it wasn’t tight or our child moved during sleep. The one I bought here gives at least two false alarms every night. I’m guessing this one was used before since there wasn’t a box, but we are not able to use it now bc of the false alarms and are looking to buy another one.
