mariosmommy Hi I just saw your rating and everything I sell is new or never been worn which this boot has never been worn at all I've tried them on and viewing the sole of the boot proves they've never been worn,I want my buyers to be satisfied with their purchase if you are not contact Poshmark with pictures for a full refund and thank you for making sure that I make a video of everything I sell because there isn't anything wrong with this boot

keniaddison @mariosmommy I sent the pictures to Pyou can tell from the sole they have been worn at least once there are 5 areas of damage. The most concerning is the mark in the front which indicates that when worn the front toe hit something that took the fabric off. I have pics if you would like to see what I am referring to. The main issue is this was a gift for a friend and she was so happy but when she saw the damage she was disappointed. I believe you are reputable seller but these boots have damage.
