havocat Hello @kenia30x3 I saw your comment about the logo on a toddler North Face jacket. I just got the exact same one and I was wondering if it was a genuine product or not: to answer your question, the logo is not embroidered, it looks like a sticker, and it’s peeling off. First time I see that on a North Face product

kenia30x3 @havocat omg same thing I bought the black but it’s not peeling off yet from some girl here now did my research and some jackets that are reversible just have the sticker I mean everything else looks legit unless they are really good copies but I found more then one seller with the same sticker stamp

havocat @kenia30x3 I bought mine from Merc***. When I received it I contacted the seller and got nothing but an outpouring flow of insults. Wow! Never experienced that before! The rating I will give her will be inversely proportional to the number of F words she yelled at me! Maybe it’s a defect on this type of models. Or very good copies…

havocat @kenia30x3 I paid $45 (35 +shipping and tax). Yes the tags are in the pocket. It was the first time I was dealing with such a rude and hysterical person. And I buy a lot of stuff using these platforms. Maybe it’s a defect from these specific jackets.

havocat Either way, this seller didn’t have to yell and throw more insults than I can think off just because I pointed out a peeling logo and rightfully questioned the quality or legitimacy of the product. All north face items I own have their logo intact, even the ones that are not embroidered.

havocat @kenia30x3 yes I contacted mer caris support. I sent pictures and they have access to the chat. Waiting to hear from them. If the logo is not on the back of your jacket it may have peeled off. Not sure if I will send her jacket back or keep it. I don’t want to pay for return, but I won’t resell it either once my son will outgrow it
