hey, I'm sorry that your not happy with your new elephant ear 😕, it's an offling, it forms off the base of the main plant and has to be broken off hence the name "offling". It will grow into a beautiful plant with little care after its rooted.. is there anything I can do to make you happier about your purchase? would you like another one? or possibly maybe another plant? I've got some canna lillies the purple ones, Mexican petunias, irises and Indian shot

@plant_mom2021 no problem, I will just send a actual plant, I have one I just got one leaf on but if I have another mature one that looks better I'll pick it. The offlings will grow, they just don't look as one would assume. These multiply very well, would you like one of the canna lillies? they are stunning when they bloom, I've got green and the purple one. I'll add some care instructions for each plant, I would have responded sooner I just now seen that comment.

also of you want your elephant ear huge like mine in the picture it's best to leave in one location with out messing with the root too much, breaking off all offlings, when your plant matures you will see, you have to break them off with whatever tool you like, and gently break it off, if you don't the plants energy will be spread out and it won't preform as well.

@plant_mom2021 hey, so I've got one plant that's truly matured, it has roots all around the bulb, I already checked it out thoroughly, it has 4 leafs already, now I wanna send you this one since the smaller bulbs aren't going to look like you want them to, you have to break these off the mother plant, this one is a actual mature plant. .

I may end up having to cut these leafs, I will attempt to keep them if I can find a box that will fit them but in reality I know the stress of the shipping will cause them to die regardless. So I wanted to inform you of that before I send it off tomorrow.

Now what I am telling you is the mature plant I've picked out, which has a full bulb, because it's a mature plant, the leafs will die , they WILL grow back. Look I'm doing my best to make you happy. You realize I made 2.59 off this order?

@plant_mom2021 it's okay, just I work hard having good customer service on this platform, I had a 4.9 and it was dropped to a 4.8 because of the 1 star you gave me. Regardless I would still have done the same if someone was unhappy with any item they buy from me. Mainly because I would want the same treatment. Have a good one, no hard feelings.

Hello I just wanted to give you an update on the plant I got from you. We the elephant plant died and it never grew back I don't know what I should do should I keep watering it or dig it up?
