I don't think it will let me send the same offer again like that but I'll bundle it for you and you can offer whatever that price was that you want. just think of that amount you want to pay after shipping cost and just offer that amount. for example, if u want to pay $17 total, then offer $11 & it will had shipping and it will be at the $17 after shipping, if that makes sense?
