califoffers Hi Kenneth, I hope you had a lovely Christmas with your family. I am sorry that you had a problem with the clock, but I checked it before I shipped it, and it was fine. I will send you another battery, as I know that there are no issues with this clock. They are Engerizer A23 Battery Alkaline. Happy New Year to you and yours.

kommandken @califoffers Thanks for responding to my concerns. The clock does work however the time/ hands of clock go backwards or counter clockwise. I have a video of this however this app only allows photos. I have tried a different battery but with the same results. Looks like I will have to find/purchase another clock insert for the beautiful clock holder! Happy Holidays! Ken

kommandken Sent video by Instagram just so you are aware of a potential problem with other clocks you may sell. I believe this a occurs during the manufacturing process in China where a component of the clock is installed backwards thus making the clock movement turn in reverse. Ken

califoffers @kommandken I would not have sold you this clock if the clock was going backward. I will show videos of the clocks to show the clocks are working fine. I do videos of my items. I haven't had a chance to send you the battery yet. Do you still want me to send one? Let me know.

kommandken @califoffers Thanks for continuing to follow up on my order. I have tried other batteries in the clock, so there is no need to send another battery. The clock will only run backward! I know this has never happened to you before, and you would never send anyone a detective item! I will just have to purchase another clock to fit into the beautiful base you sent me. Thank you. Ken
