If you go to tracking shipment, hit the actual tracking number, it will bring you to the USPS and you can sign up to get updates on your item! I do this for everything. I get text alerts. luvedluxury @kennethafrye I connected the 2 ends and snapped such or you can use a hair tie like I did to connect the 2 ends. Or you get it professionally attached. Which I can do as well.
