newmommy09 I’m sorry that your palette didn’t come in perfect condition. I wrapped it the best I could for the box that it could fit in. It’s not always the sellers fault as well. The post office people throw boxes around and really don’t care about them as well.

kennonrushing @newmommy09 I totally agree. USPS can be very careless. The reason I said what I did is bc the package was in great condition. No marks, no cuts to mailer, bubble wrap was in great shape. But when I unwrapped the pallet and opened it shadow went everywhere. Maybe open the pallet next time and close some bubble wrap inside it and then wrap it? I’m not angry. I was trying to give insight on future pallet sales. If I thought the package was damaged I would make a claim with usps.

kennonrushing @newmommy09 I wasn’t expecting perfect condition, I was expecting it to be the way it sold to me. And it wasn’t. I am trying to recommend that maybe next time, wrap more or figure out a way to wrap it so if it’s dropped it won’t shatter shadows.
