I just read your comment, I am not sure what straps are torn can you please send me a pic, and I am more than happy to refund your money. I purchased these heels and never wore them. I inspected the shoes before mailing out and I honestly didn't see any tears.

I think the best way would be to make a listing as if you were selling and just fill any info on the questions asked and for price put 0 so it reads that it's not for sale

@caritp That's to much trouble. Im not planning on sending the shoes back any ways. They are gorgeous. You can't tell the two straps are detached. Im happy. So I gave you 4 stars if not for that I would have gave you 5 stars. Im still going to wear them and enjoy them Thanks

Just got off work. Well I M happy to know that you are going to enjoy the shoes. They certainly are gorgeous. I had knee surgery and cannot wear heels much any more.
