kkfranco808 Hi Kenya! I just wanted to reach out and give you an update on you Guess Dress order. I had tried to get the post office to pick it up on Monday & Tuesday but they never came by. So Tuesday night I dropped it off at a post office drop box at an actual post office after hours. I didn’t realize they would be closed yesterday. So the post office should be scanning soon. I apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience!!! Stay safe and take care.

gaposhbash I'm surprised with your recent rating. A slight odor? It's been in storage, as we recently moved, along with other clothing. Would you have preferred me wash a NWT item? A couple of strings? Sounds petty, considering you paid $22, for a $90 item. At least you know it was never worn. It also came from a smoke and pet free home. Thanks.

kenyalajones @gaposhbash Good morning. Being petty or offensive was not my intention which is clear by your response was your perception of my rating and comment. I appreciate that it's an unused and a never worn item with it's tags still intact. I also understand that overtime, when kept in storage items can too take on traits of it's atmosphere.

kenyalajones @gaposhbash However, I don't remember a disclaimer notifying buyers of the condition of the atmosphere in which the item was housed which is why the condition I stated caught me off guard as a buyer.

I further understand that I paid $22 plus shipping and tax for a very pretty, name brand, NWT, and a very attractive item originally priced at $80 which is a very good price but because of the condition that I received the item in at which I stated I would need to pay additional money for cleaning to remove the odor

kenyalajones @gaposhbash Also I am not a smoker nor a pet owner so those elements are unknown and unfamiliar to me whether or not you can appreciate that sentiment which is okay if you can't. As a fellow purchaser and seller on poshmark empathy is something I try to have towards others and situations in hopes others would consider and implement the same.

kenyalajones @gaposhbash The item I purchased from you taking on the condition of the atmosphere it was housed is not a case of blame just simply a situation lacking communication that is proving to be further handled distastefully. If an apology was extended for my experience as a buyer it would have been accepted which as of now is unnecessary and not needed but to you, again my apologies if my rating and comment offended you as a fellow seller.
