kkc912 @latrice73closet Hi. You can cancel it, but you don’t have to since the buyer committed to buying it. As long as you ship it within 7 days, the order is still legitimate. If you want to cancel it to help her out, for goodwill or any other reason, you can, just follow these steps: To cancel a sale: In the app Click on your Account Tab (@username). Select My Sales. Select the order. Select Problems/Order Inquiry. Select Cancel Order. Select the reason for cancellation to complete your request.

kkc912 @latrice73closet are you trying to refund her or relist it for sale again? It should still show up in your closet under sold or available. Poshmark handles the refund when you cancel it.

kkc912 @latrice73closet ahhhh! Okay sometimes that is confusing if you don’t have a receipt/tags or don’t remember. I’ve googled items to see what the retail price is. Also sometimes you can find it on Poshmark as well by looking at the same item for sale by others.

inkdout1 Hope you're doing well. I have a few things I'd like to share. Followers, you're going to want them. How you get them, click on the word "Followers" under the big picture on anyone's page. There you'll find thousands to click on & follow, they will follow back. Sharing, if you want Poshers to share your items, then you must share theirs. I share four items per follower, per sharing event. This gets your shares up on becoming a Posh Ambassador II for even more extras. All the best. God Bless.
