oandicreations I wanted to reach out to you And apologize I've had 2 deaths in my family have never been to a funeral to bury both of my family members. I personally went to the Post Office to drop off your item Poor shipping. In which the postmaster informed me that 1 of my items that I put a case in has been lost. I had left

Just so I'm aware.... Did you happen to send me anything that doesn't belong to me? Or did you just send my purchase to the wrong address? Just wanted to know if I should be on the lookout.

Again I apologize and I am very grateful for your understanding this has never happened before I feel like a mess I feel like everything is a mess and I wanted to get these boots to you before Thanksgiving.

nikkibobbi @oandicreations Hello, I have a question. Is there a reason why the tracking information was not updated to the app/site when you shipped it? It looks like you never shipped the shoes. I could be wrong, but I thought once you shipped the order you are able to input the tracking number? I don't think that has anything to do with the postal service.

oandicreations @nikkibobbi Idont know why it's reporting. received direction from Posh to label wrong shipping g due to issues with post office error. that's a good question that I have asked. as soon as I get another update I will forward immediately the status. I am waiting as well to find out.

oandicreations got delayed instead of Atlanta one stop to Florida it went to Fort Worth and then my flight was delayed delayed. Flew back to Orlando my luggage was lost, I went to the car my girlfriend let me borrow to drive to the airport would not start. this has been a mess. I am so sorry my mess has carried into you purchased.
