letzshop2day Hi McKenzie! I made a purchase that has not been shipped yet. Wondering if you can work with me on canceling one of the items. One of the items appears cracked down the middle when I zoom in on the picture.

mlshea @letzshop2day it is already in process. I didn’t see anything with cracks on it?? I did however send you a green bracelet instead of the black one. If you want to return it to me, I can resend the right one. Or you can just keep it instead of the black. Whatever you prefer.

letzshop2day @mlshea you will need to follow up with Poshmark Support for payment. I tried reaching out already but apparently that didn't work. You will need to contact them for assistance with payment.

mlshea @letzshop2day I think if you just go in a repurchase the original items instead of cancelling the order it should work. once you cancelled, the payment went away on my end, so Poshmark won’t be able to give me money that you have back in your account.

letzshop2day @mlshea I never cancelled the order or requested a refund, however something on your end did trigger a refund to be issued to me, so I agree you need to get paid but I don't know how. You need to contact Poshmark Support. I have tried already with no luck. As for your advice above, it's not giving me the option to "purchase" an item that has already been sold.
