hotae0 well i've given you ample time to respond, now I am blocking you. You rated me a one because the postal system 'lost' your package. I responded trying to help you get your money back and explain that I had nothing to do with that. sad that you could be so heartless. especially when you have stuff to sell. SELLER BEWARE.

kenziecolgan @hotae0 hello! I am just seeing this message right now... I have been traveling and haven’t been on poshmark in a week. Sorry I didn’t mean to make you upset! I had no idea me contacting poshmark would effect you... I know you shipped it just wanted to see if they could look up the tracking and see if I could find it. The only way for me to get through to them was through the rating. I’m en route home today and hope it has turned up.

hotae0 @kenziecolgan hi ok. You contacting poshmark is totally fine. It’s the only way to recover your money. I am all for it. But rating me a one doesn’t do anything but punish me. So what you have to do is go back to the purchase and click problem with order. Then it’s kind of self explanatory. Once you do that I will see an email that they are looking into it. There is postal insurance so it covers lost items. I don’t want you to be out money for this.
