restartgrace @keresahoward sorry I didn’t get this out. I have disabilities and just having a difficult time. It’s all packed and ready for tomorrow... I found a extra cleaning cloth, not the same brand however I added this at no charge, for your inconvenience. Hope you enjoy your new shades and have a blessed weekend

kerascoolstuff @restartgrace Hey 😊 I’m not sure if you saw my comment (I accidentally posted on the page for the sunglasses I bought from you) but I was wondering if you have the tracking number for the package? Poshmark says it arrived yesterday but I didn’t get it so I just want to see if I can try to figure out where it is

kerascoolstuff @restartgrace It’s no problem about your mail man. My only concern is that Poshmark’s policy only gives me three days from when I “received” an item to report if I haven’t received it. That means this is my last day to report that I didn’t get them. If you find the tracking number or personally guarantee that if they never arrive I’ll get a refund, I won’t report them as not received. If not, I don’t have a choice as I don’t want to be out $50. Does that work for you?

restartgrace @keresahoward when I had this with a customer before I didn’t guarantee you would receive because that is the mail, so that is something you report to Poshmark as they that guarantee. Sometimes it takes a little longer this way but you will get them. As far as guarantee the quality, I do. They only have that scratch on the right lense however I put left sorry. If you don’t like them the return still goes through Poshmark but I will approve it my end for you.

restartgrace @keresahoward I really hope you love them, I was gonna keep them. If the scratch bothers you, there is sunglass shops that can smooth it out—- I had to do that on a pair of RayBans I bought on here. I really appreciate your patience and please let me know if your interested in another item and I will make it a bargain for you. I will check in after a few days and see if you got them. I won’t leave you hanging like some sellers do.

kerascoolstuff @restartgrace Thanks for being so communicative. I’m a bit confused, but I think what you’re saying is that if I don’t get them, I can still ask Poshmark for a refund after the 3 days have expired and you’ll approve it, right? I’m sure that won’t be necessary though as I’ll probably get them in the mail sooner or later. And don’t worry, I’m not worried about the quality at all. I bet I’ll love them :)
