Hey there! You recently purchased a blue cable-knit sweater from me. I dropped it at the post office shortly after you purchased it a few days ago. It looks like tracking scanning hasn’t happened yet which could be due to high volume mailing from Black Friday. I’m following up on this, but just wanted to touch base so you knew what was going on! I have since followed up with USPS again and it looks like due to COVID, Black Friday, and system outages they are experiencing severe delays with priority mail in particular of up to 1-2 weeks out of a few of the Chicago processing facilities. Just to clarify... The already paid-for first pair (EF) had $5.95 shipping, as well as this second pair, and we're going between $12 and $14 for the second pair (Anthro). Should we just go for $16 for the first pair, $13 for the second pair, $5.95 for shipping, and call it good? Thanks.

@uhtole12 Another option, much easier because it wouldn't require cancelling the previous purchase, would be to offer a bundle of just the Anthro pants with free shipping, so it can simply be added to the original package.
