happylilbean Hi there. Im sorry but the listing states pouch. As shown in photos 2 and 3. Also i shipped on time as well did everything correct. 3 stars to a person who truly did nothing wrong is very disheartening when i take all my sales personaly. Its important to me. It states pouch in the description. The bag goes for 298$ not even new. 🤕 the pouch retails for 78 - and i even gave it to u for less at your offer. After posh fees .. i make 40$ on a 78$ brand new item. Yes 3 stars is a huge deal.

kersam @happylilbean the pouch retails for $65 not $78 and I bought it for $50 not $40. Your advertisement said it retailed for $88.00 to make it seem like the buyer is getting a deal but it was false advertisement.

kersam @happylilbean I didn't say that you didn't ship on time or the item is not in good condition all I said was the picture should have had just the pouch because when I received the package I had to go back and look at the post just to make sure. I would not personally accept the counter offer for $50 if I looked at it closer. Part of it was my mistake but that's how I feel.

happylilbean @kersam do you know to scroll thru the photos of the listing? There are 4 photos the 1st is a covershot. To show item in a scene.. then the other photos show item. I would say you clearly did not look thru all photos it states pouch 5 times in listing. Saks sold it for 88. wholesale store sold it for 78 retail belk.65. There is a bag on posh selling for 170$ with marks used.

happylilbean @kersam New its 398. what you thought you were getting with the pouch. I had 5 offers up for the pouch. I thought u were one of the ladies up offering. Didnt know you purchased as a non offer. . Scroll thru all photos. Also first photo on posh is a covershot.

I used stock photos on both listings (combined with my own photos, of course!) because both items are new and in plastic wrapping.
