banana481 hey there, that was the longest shipping ive experienced with poshmark. not blaming them since we are on exact opposite sides of the coutry. just wanted to let you know that the post office attempted delivery today but noted there was not a secure location to leave the item. they certainly are nice, my postal man doesn't even ring the bell and we have pirates out hear like a carnival came to town. its sad. no rush at all, just wanted to let you know. happy holidays

I reschedule the delivery for Monday because I wanted to make sure I would be home because I got an email the last time saying it couldn’t be delivered because no one answered for it (which I strange because that’s never happened to me with a clothing purchase before). Hopefully it comes on Monday, I will let you know if there are any issues!

banana481 hi, so did you send me a message telling me that yiu never received this ever? can you please explain to me what the issue was with the shipping? im reallly confused why they weren't able to atleast leave it at your door if you weren't home? also, didn't the reschedule a specific time for redelivery and they were again inable to locare you or leave the Package safely? im just trying to figure out what to do here. thanks so much for your time with responding to all my questions

kerenpickholz @banana481 hi, thank you for being so on top of things and hope you’re having a great holiday season! I had received an email initially that they couldn’t deliver the package because no one answered to sign for it, which was strange because I’ve never had to sign for a poshmark item before. So I rescheduled delivery’s and I’m not sure if the redelivery was ever attempted but then I received notification that it was being returned to you, the sender.

banana481 so I sent poshmark a message yesterday letting them know that I received the sweater back and that I need another shipping label to ship that out to you but I told them that I'd get back to them regarding how we're going to make it work this time as far as you being able to to accept the shipment so that we don't run into the same problem

banana481 @kerenpickholz is there something that you can do to guarantee that if poshmark pays for another label that you'll be able to accept the shipment there certain? if you could tell me how you're going to do that and I will respond back to poshmark and see what they say is far as providing that a shipping label. I would just pay for it myself but it's like $12 and I'm broke but don't worry I'm not going to rip you off. it's not my style

kerenpickholz @banana481 I have been in communication with poshmark about the dilemma so I will speak with them regarding the reshipping. In terms of the label, there is no reason you should have to pay for another one considering the mishap wasn’t your fault at all. I will speak to a representative about that as well (it will have to be on Thursday because I doubt anyone is working tomorrow) and let you know what they say. Thank you for being so diligent about everything, I really appreciate it!
