kerenrina @ajfglawu I dropped it at the actual post office- I gave it to the guy behind the counter! Orlando often doesn’t scan things either in or out but I’ll keep my eye on it too!

kerenrina @ajfglawu sorry about all of this! It’s my first sale so I’m still trying to figure it all out. But they said 2 day (but didn’t specify if it was going out same day (meaning arriving Friday) or not (meaning arriving Saturday). Thanks so much for your patience with me!

ajfglawu @kerenrina No problem! :) Definitely understand! I've had my share of problems with the post office! Thanks for the awesome communication btw, not everyone on Poshmark does so well :) As far as the "2 day" on the label it does depend on when you send it out

ajfglawu @kerenrina So essentially since you shipped it Wednesday then it should be delivered by Friday At the Earliest, but it usually would be Saturday, IF (key word) the post office does their job :)

ajfglawu @kerenrina Oh also, usually if you get packages to the post office before they close they usually scan it & ship out same day. But that's definitely just from my experience & I know that every post office can run differently & have different cut off times!

ajfglawu @kerenrina Btw I looked through Poshmark's FAQs & I found an article saying "if you haven't received tracking updates after 48 hours contact Poshmark Support through their email."

ajfglawu @kerenrina So I'm going to them by the end of today if we still don't get a tracking email later today since it's been 2 days since you shipped it out. Just wanted to let you know! You're welcome to do the same if you want :) I just want to see what we should do going forward! It's definitely the post office not doing it's part/job in this whole process

kerenrina @ajfglawu I’ll email them. I think I found the problem though. It looks like the bar code didn’t print properly and I must not have noticed before I handed it off. I just looked at one of the versions that was printed and on my desk so that would explain the tracking issue. But they still said 2 days when I handed it to them.

ajfglawu @kerenrina Ohh ok well did you get a receipt after handing it to the person behind the counter? If so then that means the bar code still worked. If you just dropped it off & didn't get a receipt there's the chance they wouldn't have discovered the bar code isn't able to be scanned until much later. In that case I would suggest going to the same post office and checking in with them & bringing another copy of the label with you

kerenrina @ajfglawu I went to the post office and they said everything has shipped out they don’t ever hold it but that it should be arriving today or Monday! They think it went out on Thursday based on the time.

ajfglawu @kerenrina Ok thank you for checking on it! So weird the tracking isn't available, but I'll definitely keep an eye out & let you know. If it arrives today I might not be able to accept it right away depending on what time it arrives because I have work

ajfglawu @kerenrina Hi just an update on my end, the package still isn't here. I'm pretty sure my local post office would scan the package when it arrives in their hands but I'm just concerned because there's still no tracking number available. Since you have the original label from poshmark can you please provide me with the Tracking number here?? At least I'd be able to type it into USPS myself

kerenrina @ajfglawu 9405510899359377364715 it says the same thing though :( I feel so bad that this is so difficult I wish I had looked more carefully I just printed it and dropped it of because I was excited. They did assure me it would get there even without any tracking info when I went back to check.
