lentsgyrl Hi Star2734. I ordered a dress from you in January and didn’t notice the sleeve was ripped. It was a birthday present for my sister which is today. She was in the process of trying the dress on only to see the rip. Did you know it was torn? What recourse do I have? Thank you.

star2733 @lentsgyrl I’m sorry to hear this. I would never sell something intentionally with a tear without disclosing. Since it’s been 3 months since purchase I’m really not sure what can be done. Poshmark is the only one who handles returns/refunds. Sellers have no way to do any of that. The only thing I can suggest is to reach out to Poshmark however I’m not sure they will do anything given the length of time that has passed. Poshmark has a 3 day window after delivery to inspect and accept packages.
