Hi Keri. I'm sorry you were confused by my listing. If you look at the photos you see the bears have a brown outline around them. Next time this happens to you communicate with the seller and I bet you'll be surprised what can be settled by communication. I feel it's rude to try to mess up their average rating so much without first trying to talk about it. Just a thought!! 🙂🙃🙂

Hey! I saw you purchased a LuLaRoe Dress and were under the impression it was new and had major pilling and she did nothing to make it right.
