Hi Keri. I have purchased multiple items from you; and while all at a great price. I have received 9 items thus far with stains that were not noted. I also just received the order with 12 items but only 11 were included. It is missing the Addie & Hadlie flamingo set.

@kates5050 I will ship that to you ASAP. I didn't see any stains so I apologize if I missed them. I usually inspect them and have thrown out ones with stains.

@kerilanford I completely understand. However there are 2 items that the stains are just too noticeable and unwearable. So strange because even when I went back to lool at your listing I couldn't see them. I'm going to upload pictures so you don't think I'm just insane :)

Hi Keri my postman attempted to deliver your package to me today but told me that while you paid for a priority shipping you put it in a priority express box so $19.65 is due in shipping before they can deliver it to me. They said they will hold it for 15 days before sending it back to you to pay if I don’t pay it first. Please let me know how you want to proceed.

@kerilanford I went through their contact me portion earlier and the preloaded answers advised if you receive a package with postage due to reject it and it will be sent back to the seller to resend correctly. The postal lady said you need to send it in a regular box, not a priority express box unless you pay priority express shipping.
