sarahjustina Hi Keri! I wanted to thank you for your purchase of the Prana bag. I just took it out of my storage to send to you today, and I realize it got damaged. It is a tiny little scratch on the brown pleather by the main clasp. I didn’t want to send it to you without you knowing first... the scratch is about a millimeter dot. Are you ok with this or would you like to cancel? I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!
