Hey! I'm Keri. Among my favorite brands are American Eagle, Coach, Express, Kate Spade, Loft, Pink, The Limited (RIP in-store browsing & try-on—still not over it), The North Face, and Victoria's Secret. Over the years I've dealt with health issues requiring medications that took me from wearings 00's and XS's to 14's and mediums/larges. It kills me to get rid of my favorite pieces and my go-to, confidence-boosting outfits, but I'm here to make sure they'll at least go to good homes. Maybe yours?

keriannecdotes @tcrownvintage, thank you! I actually do have a question. Just made my first sale for 3 items priced $20, $40, $60, for a total of $120. I received/accepted an offer of $85 on that bundle of 3 items the buyer selected. I had also set a bundle discount on my listings of 10% off 2 or more items. Does that not apply when a buyer makes an offer lower than the original total? I see my earnings show $85, less Poshmark fee of $17, for earning of $68. Don't see the 10% deducted anywhere so just curious!

projectmode @keriannecdotes if they bought from the bundle the discount should automatically apply. It should show the 10% discount within the sale details. You should be able to see it where Poshmark applies the fees, shipping etc. but it does apply automatically. All you have to do is just print the prepaid label and ship it to the buyer👍🏻☺️

keriannecdotes @projectmode did I have to create specific bundles for the discount to apply? I thought “10% OFF 2 or more items from this closet” meant that if I buyer purchased more than one item from any of the items in my closet they would get a 10% discount. This buyer made an offer on a bundle of three individually listed items in my closet—not a premade bundle. And the sale shows only the Poshmark deduction of 20%, leaving me with 80%. Doesn’t show the 10% discount anywhere. Halp! 😂

projectmode @keriannecdotes hmm. Im not entirely sure. It shiuld be that when the buyer bundled the items together, theyd be getting the 10% off 2 items +. But because the buyer made the offer im not sure if aometging happened there where the 10% may not have been applied. Because if it doesnt show in your transaction then it prob was bc it didnt go through... im not entirely sure. When you make the offer it does show but its happened that when the buyer makes the offer it doesnt show.

projectmode @keriannecdotes if it makes you feel at ease screen shot your transaction and email poshmark support asking that question. They do get back to you and you can just let your buyer know that you have to verify something before sending the items☺️
