kerrimi2 @rachelnextdoor I called the office, they don’t have it. It’s not in my mailbox. It’s showing as delivered so I can’t even call the post office to see if it was sent back. :( do you have the tracking number for it. USPS is the worst.

I’ve never had this happen before, if someone stole it or something do you have insurance on it? I don’t know what to do at this point.

rachelnextdoor @kerrimi2 so I was able to see the tracking number until it said it was delivered. Are you not able to see it on your end as well ? It’s no longer available. It says delivered but that’s it. I’m so upset girl. I’ve never had a problem like this before in my life.

rachelnextdoor @kerrimi2 I didn’t have any additional insurance on it but poshmark did have to authenticate it since it was over $500 so if there is insurance on it it would be through poshmark.

kerrimi2 @rachelnextdoor they need the tracking number to file a claim. This is crazy. There is literally no way for me to get my money back. I checked with my office again today and there was nothing turned it.

rachelnextdoor @kerrimi2 it says nothing on my end. I wish I wrote down the number when I called last week. I didn’t even ship it to you. I shipped it to posh mark to authentic and then they shipped it to you. This is horrible I feel so bad this happened. I’ve never had a problem like this before. Contact poshmark support because they had to have insured the package up to some amount. I’ll keep looking on my account and my email. Maybe I can find it.

kerrimi2 @rachelnextdoor hey Rachel , so the package has somehow magically disappeared. 😫 I’ve filed a claim with poshmark, I can’t file a claim with the post office as I don’t have the tracking number. If by some miracle the package gets sent back to you, can you please let me know. This is extremely upsetting as I have completely lost out on all the money I spent.
