franceshess This is Frances Hess. I’m the lady who sold you the Navy Athleta shorts. As I suspected, the shorts just needed to be washed. The stains were not grease stains and the shorts are now perfect condition. Sorry you were so appalled. Mistakes happen.

franceshess @kdbarella As I implied in my earlier text, I mistakenly thought the shorts were sale ready. I was not offended by your text at all. I made a mistake and owned up to it. What I was astonished at however was the disrespectful candor you had in your first and second text. All you needed to do was respectfully tell me what you encountered with the shorts and I would have gladly remedied the situation.
