kbatista65 @mollies_closet2 wanted to thank you for sending the bracelets and braving the storm! Wanted to let you know, one of the bracelets (triangle) arrived broken - not damaged in transit but probably arrived that way to you from the manufacturer. Also this set is black even though the description says blue. I thought some of the pics looked blue and some looked black but since the descriptor was blue I assumed it was blue. I’m new to Poshmark and not quite sure what to do?

mollie_bella @kbatista65 Hi honey!! Oh no, I am so sorry that happened!! I know, the bracelet is actually a really dark blue but can look black!! I can send you a new one if you still like it? I will change the description to dark blue/black. That really stinks that it's your first purchase and that happened. I will send you something extra for the troubles 😁.

kbatista65 @mollies_closet2 you’re so sweet - it’s not huge deal. I think I misunderstood that the strings were blue too but that’s probably on me. I could live with it being black, if it weren’t broken. I tried to figure out if I could fix it myself but it’s so delicate and I don’t have the tools for something that small. I was hoping for blue to go with an outfit I have, but if the strings aren’t blue, I’m not sure that idea works. I’m open to a solution. It’s not enough $ to be upset about.

I also like your layer necklace set but that’s more $ and we would have to make that right for you as I do not expect you to lose any $ We are headed to Italy and Greece for our empty nest thanksgiving!
