Hi there, you just bought a DB bag from me. I just realized I sent the wrong one, they look very similar and I made the mistake this morning of grabbing a different one. So it’s already packaged and had post office on its way to you. Can you please send that one back, and I will send you the new one on Monday? I am going to reach out to Posh and see how I go about handling this.

@kessler17 please don’t bash me on my ratings. Poshmark has dropped the ball and I don’t know why. I’ve been doing my best to get through to them to help correct this. I even made a post to show the emails I’ve sent to them. You really think I would prefer you keep my more expensive purse over the one you bought? Have you not heard anything back from them yet?

@kessler17 I am fully aware that I sent you the wrong purse, but I have been trying since the day that I sent it to correct the problem. For whatever reason, posh Mark has been very behind on emailing people back. I finally got an email today from my very first message that I sent. It was essentially a generic message saying that once funds have been released, that’s the end of the story unless the buyer emailed them to report a problem.

@kessler17 by the way, I completely understand your frustration! I would be just as frustrated as you are. But I have been trying to resolve this through Poshmark so I am following the right channel to protect you and I both. If I send this outside of Poshmark and pay the shipping fee, I am not only out $20+ for shipping, but you and I both lose the protection of Poshmark. Normally they are really good about getting back to me about things.

Hello! I need to know what to do here. I still haven't even opened the box u sent me with the other purse in it. Why won't u just send me the correct purse. Yes I know u will be out money on the Shipping but that's something ur going to have to accept bc it was ur mistake and to correct the mistake and send me the purse I actually paid for u will have to pay shipping again and that's just part of it. I need u to let me know soemthing today.

@kessler17 They still haven't fully responded to me and just keep saying that the funds were released bla bla bla. Makes me so mad! I know it was my fault, I'm just shocked at their lack of actually reading messages and sending generic messages in response. Anywho, I will put it in the mail today. I'm so sorry for all the drama with this. I really was hoping Posh would come through for both of us. I don't know if you're new to Posh, but it doesn't usually go this way.

This was my first bad experience with them. Can you still do a "return to sender" on the wrong purse when you get this purse? I will take a photo of the box with the shipping label on it so you can see I've sent it.

I will just take it back to postoffice and tell them they dropped it off at work house and let them deal with it.. just show me where u have mailed my purse and have it where i can track the package if i wanted to, so i willl know it is really in the mail.. And i will send this one back, for sure. I wont stiff u, heck why would i keep if i dont even like it?

I don't want the bag, trust me. It's def to small for me so don't stress u are going to get ur bag I promise. @kessler17 I’m very sorry if I seem short, I just took a chance on doing the right thing outside of the help Poshmark should have given us. I’m fully aware I made the initial mistake and it took me some time to fix it, but I did and even lost money on the sale as well as sent you a purse with over a $100 value in the mix up. If the post office where you are does pickups like they do here, I’m guessing they may there as well. If it’s ok, would you mind if I look into that for you?

@ I’m concerned they may not accept it as a rejected package after this long which would leave shipping needing to be paid for again. We can discuss that if that’s the case. I just feel like this is being forgotten and won’t be returned even though I did the right thing.

Im really not sure if they do pick up but if they do then we will be back at worrying about shipping charges bc they will see they took it to who it was shipped to that's why I wasn't going to go that route.
