paolaw18 Hi Kerry! I just received the label from Poshmark just now. I will put the item in another bubble wrap envelope with the correct label and leave it my mailbox for the mailman to pick it up tomorrow morning. I'll let you know after it's been picked up. Thank you for your help!

paolaw18 She said she was waiting on the label. Ughhhh.... What do we do? I have bombed pmrk with so many emails it's insane! I don't know what else to do now. I don't know if she will keep my jacket and her glasses and I won't get either the jacket or my refund. This sucks!

kerryocall @paolaw18 I haven’t even gotten a notification that she opened a case for it, it just says she accepted it. But Poshmark did send me an email saying that they sent labels to both of you. So I don’t know why she said she hasn’t received it!! Maybe it’s in her spam? I’ll keep reaching out and I’m also going to see if there’s any other way to contact Poshmark

paolaw18 Seriously? She told me she had opened two cases! So she got the jacket but seems that she might keep it. Wow... That's horrible. So now I'm out of my money and my jacket! Yeah, I'm about to close my account, but I want my full refund first. Do you know how to report a used?
