hey_mich Hi Kerry, I'm about to ship your dress. It won't include a belt - the Hell Bunny belts that go with these dresses are poor quality. But I may of not of mention that as some pics show no belt , but 1 did show a belt. Thank you, You will love the dress though and it is New with Tags.
