ssretail Thank you for your purchase--I'm sorry the bag was smaller than you expected, but the measurements were all accurately written. A two star rating hurts my average as a seller. I only started three weeks ago and the average selling determines my status as a Posher. This bag got sold but I got you another one right away and offered discounted price. Do you think it's possible to change that rating based on the experience--such as fast shipping, accuracy of the listing, etc.? Have a Blessed Day :)
