krissysboutique Hi hun❣️ So I opened the package yesterday and the packaging was beautiful😍 However, I did noticed the bag had signs of use (excluding the chip that was noted in the listing). The item was listed as NWT and doesn’t look new. I would like to return because the item doesn’t match the listings description😞
