So sorry you were upset by my ship time and the cleanliness of my crocs. As you could tell by the picture and price they are not new. My pictures are transparent so you knew what you were buying. And in case you forgot we’re in the middle of a pandemic so my ship time takes a little longer than expected due to not leaving the house and having USPS get the items from my house which takes some time. Xo
