I reached out to inquire about the partial refund and was told “sellers do not actually have the ability to issue a partial refund for an order once payment has been processed. We recommend working with the seller directly to see if they are then able to re-list the item for you, and they can then list the item at a discounted price and you can re-purchase the item in a new order.” Let me know if you are willing to do that?
