mrsh2003 I noticed a case was opened for the boots I shipped to you. I was curious did something happen during shipping--i shipped rather awkwardly in a bag...but I can't imagine how my pictures differ than what i sent. I apologize if there is a discrepancy. I have no problem giving you a refund but I would never deceive anyone or intentionally lie about anything.
