@greenie925 I took the bracelet to the jewelry store & it would cost $150 to fix where it’s breaking. They said they’d have to remove a pearl & solder it since its hollow, and they couldn’t guarantee that would hold. Let me know how to proceed with getting a refund, thank you for being understanding.

@kesliem so I already contacted posh a couple of days ago but no one has contacted me. I think you can initiate a refund. Go to purchases and then you will send back to me and they will refund your $. I will pursue on this end but i had to get a refund once on something I purchased and that is how I did it. Again apologize for the hassle. Please let them know we have been in contact. If that does not work we can just exchange addresses.
