Ok it's been over 24 hours so what is the problem with the boots? If there is a problem then you already know what it is. Although I have tons of pictures and I filmed the packaging so I sent you exactly what you ordered. They actually look better in person than in the pictures. I wrapped them....sent free gifts. So I'm just wondering what is wrong? I always give everyone exceptional service and I describe everything perfectly. Thanks.

Hi! Just wanted to let you know that in preparing to ship your item, I realized that USPS doesn’t have a box to fit the boots with their original box. The only way to ship them is in their own original box. I will wrap them in plastic first and then paper to protect them. Thanks again for your purchase. 😊
