alelier_jacque Kevin have you by chance received this shipment? I mailed it the very next day of you purchase. Not sure why it has not scanned. I have never had this to happen before. Let me know.

ktomoboyle @alelier_jacque yes I have and thank you very much. I left you a review and accepted the items. For some reason, I don't think the system is working properly because it shows on my end that it is completed. I am having a problem with another seller as well that I received on the same day. ktomoboyle @goodiesn2shoes I'm not sure what the problem is with the system but I accepted the merchandise and left you a rating but something is wrong with the system. I am having the same problem with another seller that I received items from on the same day. If you know how to correct this problem, I will be more than happy to correct it. ktomoboyle @alelier_jacque I have a concierge at my building and maybe when they accepted the package there was a problem with the handoff..still confused..let me know if I have to re-accept or put in a new rating
