cymph98 Hey Kevin! I got my beautiful Bed Stu bag - thank you. I have a question about the smell, however. There's something heavily floral scented that's not pleasant and has filled my house up so I moved the bag to the garage hoping it will air out. Any idea what it is? I need to get the smell out, it's killing my allergies and I won't be able to carry it if I can't get it out. Thanks for your help!

kfreudenberger @cymph98 Cynthia, I am so glad to hear you think the bag is beautiful; however, I am quite confused about what type of heavy floral scent you are smelling. Typically I condition all leather goods before sending them, in this case however I did not see the purpose in conditioning a new unused bag.

kfreudenberger @cymph98 This has been stored in a closet inside of a dust bag since purchasing it. Essential oils are diffused in our home on occasion, but no where near where the bag would have been stored and certainly not floral scents! I do apologize, let me do some research!
