babycha911 @kevinochoa8 you might be able to file a claim now but I believe you have to wait 7 days. Maybe if you send customer support an email with your complaint saying multiple people have had issues with this guy they’ll get to it right away. Otherwise just gotta be a little patient.

kevinochoa8 @babycha911 @tobypropes the status on the shoes went from ‘awaiting shipment’ to ‘waiting for shipment scan’ as if he sent out the order. Did you get that update when you bought in the past?
