thekeveeno @cbernardo83 I think that Poshmark requires sellers to ship to them first to verify authenticity on items sold $500+ & then once authenticated, Poshmark will ship the item to the buyer. I have never sold on this platform before, just started buying, but once we agree on a price & payment is processed, you will receive a shipping label from Poshmark to tape on the package for the bracelet.

thekeveeno @cbernardo83 Hi, hope you are well~ Yes, so sorry for the delay, let me see if I can collect some funds today. Had a replacement card ordered on 2/14 that still hasn't arrived, was supposed to be receive by this past Monday, called customer service but decided to wait a few more days, let me call them again right now. Rep said could send expedited with signature the next time (when I called Tues, said if I ordered the replacement again, would receive by Saturday, so figure 3 - 4 days).

thekeveeno @cbernardo83 Greetings, hope you are well & had a pleasant weekend~ Just sent you an offer - may I ask once ready to package up if you could please unclasp & fully extend the bracelet in a straight line & roll up in bubblewrap (or similar soft non-scratching protective material) & tape up? Please package in a hard mailing box with protective insulation? Please ship with signature confirmation? Would hope to keep the bracelet in as perfect condition as possible & receive safely. Keep in mind if I roll the bracelet in thin bubble wrap it will not fit inside the chrome hearts velvet bag it comes with. Allow me to suggest packaging it unclasped in the velvet bag then bubble wrapping it.

thekeveeno Could you still please unclasp & fully extend in a line & roll up in bubblewrap? I usually also tape up the ends of the wrapped roll & gently twist into like a pretzel shape, etc. to keep bracelets from shifting around. The bracelet does not need to fit in the pouch when placing in a hard mailing box, can just simply include together in the package. Hope that makes sense & is cool - thanks again!!!

Picked up the bracelet today & checked it out - it's awesome but the condition is significantly less than expected, but not too too bad, I think most of the damage can be taken out after I bring it to my trusted jeweler to recondition...what should we do about this?

thekeveeno @cbernardo83 Can I bring the bracelet to my go-to jeweler & ask him to give me a quote on buffing & polishing the bracelet? Might need a touch of silver welding (adding silver to indentation) to the Cross on the box ID clasp before reshaping it to the original design & many of the Crosses on the links will need some work. I was thinking of asking if we could split the repair cost? I don't want to take advantage, but wish to make the bracelet at least look like it did in the photos.

cbernardo83 @thekeveeno the bracelet has natural patina that occurs with 100 percent sterling silver Kevin after time with use. It looks better in my opinion and has passed the Poshmark authentication process.

cbernardo83 The bracelet is 100 percent sterling silver and over time with use will develop a patina look and is in fact exactly how it is pictured on my advertisement. I paid over 2 grand for this is 2012 and your getting it at an amazing deal. Ask any jeweler about sterling silver and patina it goes hand and hand. Thank you.

thekeveeno @cbernardo83 Sorry, I do truly appreciate your kind help & quick communication. Someone else could have purchased the bracelet while you were waiting, but no one did. I thought the photos made the bracelet appear in like-new condition. Could have simply wrote: "Shows moderate signs of wear & tear." Sorry, I know I am more meticulous & picky than most. Let me think about this & whether it would be worth it to me to keep. I think repairing it will cost me about $200+, but hopefully less.

thekeveeno @cbernardo83 True, but CH is never on sale any stores & buying / trading with original buyers is the only way to get a discount. Sometimes the original owner takes very good care of & maintains their cars / goods / properties, while others not so much...

thekeveeno @cbernardo83 I just finished visiting my trusted jeweler for an estimate though he is not taking any repair orders right now since most businesses are mandated to close for quarantine & everything else might be ordered by the Gov't to be on lockdown at any time...hope you've been doing alright & taking precautions while not freaking out in paranoia.

thekeveeno @cbernardo83 He quoted me $300 to repair all the damage throughout the bracelet & best to retain the original design. I know original retail these days is over $2,500 after sales tax. He has worked on numerous intricate sterling silver pieces of mine from BWL, CH, Gaboratory, Good Art Hlywd, Leonard Kamhout / Lone Ones, NightRider, Scott Kay, Stephen Webster, Travis Walker, William Henry, etc.

I think my jeweler can repair the bracelet to 90% of the original ~ $1,100 (I had to pay 9.5% CA sales tax) still a great deal for this bracelet vs. over $2,500 after tax at CH stores. I learned that Poshmark charges a painful 20% (?!#$%) to sellers for each item sold... @__@"' Thank you for the superfast shipping & excellent customer service!

thekeveeno @htf20mjhhflo HI there, how do you do? Sometimes after a heavy patina has accumulated, will need more than a silver polishing cloth. Some silver jewelers suggest small amount of water & toothpaste & gently brushing the silver surface bit by bit until it meets your satisfaction.
