kevinanderso803 It's ok to just decline, counter or ignore the offer entirely and be civil. I believe the "make offer" button is there to start a negotiation. A low offer isn't intended to be a personal insult btw sellers accept low offers all the time. Making condescending remarks and insulting a stranger because they didn't offer what you expected isn't cool. Should buyers post (-) comments just because sellers didn't accept their offers, sounds silly right. No Posh snobs, no bullying please, be professional.
