Hi! I'm Stephanie. Thanks for stopping by! Feel free to leave me a comment so that I can check out your closet too. :) Poshmark isn’t my day job. I also chauffeur 2 kids to sports, and while I do check daily it’s usually only once (and yes, I have missed questions occasionally due to so many notifications) but if you leave a question after I have checked Posh and/or purchased after I have done so it can take me a day to answer and sometimes a day or 2 to ship. That’s because sometimes I make it to the post office after it closes so it starts shipping 2 days later. Please let me know if you are hoping to get something by a certain day so I can try to keep checking and make that happen. :)

ksandersevin @judys54 and COVID. If you haven’t, I recommend signing up with USPS to get updates. I get an email everyday showing me pics of the mail I’m receiving and texts when I have a package shipped to me, out for delivery and when it’s delivered they say where (mailbox, porch, hand delivered) hop in usps site and check it out. It’s been great!! Have a good evening! ✌🏻

judys54 @ksandersevin I sold like 7 items and am having so many issues with usps not updating things. so much for my Christmas sales 😔 This happened before when I bought something, I accepted it and they never even scanned. Hope I get honest customers 😥. I truly apologize for their incompetence!

ksandersevin @judys54 well, I know it’s not your fault, and it isn’t much, but luckily they scanned it so we should both get our money. -I want the Buddha! 😂😩. My post office doesn’t scan items going out so trust me, you are lucky!

judys54 @ksandersevin any word? the packages I shipped after yours have arrived. I asked the mailman and all he said is that all packages are delayed but this one has me worried. I'm going on vacation next week and was hoping this would be resolved by then 😩

ksandersevin @judys54 no :( I tried to open a complaint with Posh but they were no help so I did one with USPS. I’d rather have it then cancel it. When I hear back from them I’ll let you know. I don’t hold you accountable in anyway because tracking shows you did your part. Enjoy your vacay! If they don’t find it I’m sure we both get our money. That is how the other site does it, anyway. Eitherway I don’t think there is much more that can be done so don’t worry. Thanks for checking in, though!
