Hi the watch i sent was in great condition; got reshippec by Poshmark not sure how but nothing was broken and they validated the item themselves . Its a diamond watch which worth is way higher so sorry you feel that way

@savingqueen2019 it was Postmark who initially notified me that the watch band was broken and sent pictures to see if I wanted to continue to go through with purchase because "item was not as described"
