Hey, can u send out the correct ones first? I have to accept that I have received shoes, and I don't want to say I have them and I actually don't have anything. I'm still at work right now, and I haven't even gotten the package as of yet. But I need to have something before I can release payment.. do u understand?

I immediately contacted posh support so that I i handle this situation correctly. I will be shipping your shoes once I receive them and don't worry about releasing funds. I'm not worried about that right now. The problem is o shipped both orders on the same day and put the wrong label on the package. I do apologize but I will have posh support help me figure out the best way to go about it. I will be in contact with you. Thank you for your patience.

@tbrav05 ok dear, thanks so much for the open line of communication. It has made the process much easier. Hopefully this other buyer complies, I mean, I got theirs out the very next day.. so if anything my frustration is with them, because they have their purchase, and we r basically stuck with the wtf! Lol.. but it's all good.. 😘 just keep me posted.. I'm already off on my trip, but if they get them out, maybe I'll catch them upon my return..

Go to my comments under the light purple Sperry's that say sold. The person who has them responded and I have contacted Poshmark bc she is saying she didn't get a shipping label, but you got one. So it's really odd. @mzyoung03
