brehow7 I haven't added any items to sell yet because I want info on how will I receive payment. I read I have to add personal bank info for direct deposit. I'm new and giving personal bank account routing/account info makes me nervous. pleass give me more info. also can I list male clothing items also?

I had a really strange request from a so called buyer. she waited me to send her my phone number, full name and home address to send me a cashier check for an item. of course I did not give her my home address. I'm new with this but I don't think this is the correct way to sell. plus she told me to email her another photo etc. then her emsils became weird. what should I do?

brehow7 @keymalika ok. I'll report it to Postmark once I'm home from surgery with my husband. I did tell them about a lil b4 reaching out to you because I hadn't received a response from them yet. I heve more details so I will email them with all the info. I don't think there's a way to contact or speak with a live person is it?

keymalika @brehow7 you can sent an internal email through Poshmark support. go to your account setting and select "support center" there's a section that allow you to write to the support team and you are able to filter your questions/concerns. you can also upload and attach proof of the issues. (screen shot the issues and upload it to the support team) they are very responsive. turn around is 24hours but they are normally quicker. 😊

brehow7 hello. I did get a response from support on the issue I mentioned to you. They were aware and thanked me for letting them know. said that person has been removed etc. I plan to add more items to my closet this weekend. Is there a special way to lay items out? I mean looking around my house there will always be something in the background, well not always but I'm just not sure how to about it. I want to put my picture on my site but not sure how. Thank you 😊

keymalika @brehow7 hope all is well. I use the app "photoroom" to remove my background. In my opinion it makes photos more crisp. they have alot of options to select from. good pics and clear descriptions. I advise if any flaws such as spots, rips, stains if any. list & share, repeat. 😊

keymalika @brehow7 lol. it's ok. glad I can help. I use the photoroom app when taking my pics the load the to Poshmark. Poshmark give the option to review your saved photos instead of taking live. just select the photo option and look to the left, you'll see your photo gallery.

brehow7 @keymalika ok....I'm going to play with this in the morning when my brain is fresh....hubby had surgery a couple days ago so I'm sort of drained right now. You're so kind,of course I'll need more help...😀 once I load my first pic using the photo room I'll be ready to get this show on the road.

keymalika @brehow7 hi. I use the free options for my pics on photoroom it's normally the 1st 3 or 4 settings in each section.

keymalika @brehow7 go to your closet and select you item "meet your posher" it's listed as your initials TJ. select it then select edit and upload a pic of your choice then tell a bit about your self in the description.

I went and read upon some stuff that explains about the shipping process etc. I guess you're saying "why don't she read" lol...really I just didn't take the time to play around and surf POSH APP. enjoy your weekend!!!
