@klillie74 I’m so so sorry and I would feel the same way you do! This is disheartening for me too...I can’t make my customers happy when Posh Headquarters drags their feet on a simple authentication. I’ve sent them an email but they haven’t gotten back to me yet. I will send another later today if I don’t hear anything. I know you will get it, just not sure when. 😔 I’ll keep you updated Keyauna. So I just got notified that the LV is authenticated and waiting to be shipped out...thank goodness!!! This has been a bad experience for both of us...I really wish we could pick up the phone a speak to a real person! Hopefully, this news will lift your spirits a little! 😊 I’ll be in touch! Keyauna, I just found tracking...scheduled delivery by Saturday. What a nightmare! Did you send an email to Posh? You might want to, just to let them know how absurd this has been. I did and they basically apologized and blamed it on the busy holiday time...They need to step up their game and we Poshers have to give them feedback so they will! Again, I am so sorry and I do hope you don’t give me a poor rating, it’s clearly not in my control. 😔 Let me know when you get the LV BAG!
