akemp13 Hello, I am sorry that "Lace White Dress" was never delivered. According to USPS the item was sent on 4/25 & delivered on 4/27. If this situation happens, you can reach out to Poshmark & request a refund as it is neither the seller nor the buyers fault for a missing package. Poshmark usually requests a buyer to notify them of a missing package within 3 days after the item is listed as delivered. I hope this helps in regards to future purchases & again I am sorry your package was never delivered
