khalilnasiri @queenbee1214_ I don’t know 🥺 he hasn’t sent them yet. I contacted @pm_editor and they suggested I wait until I receive them, which makes sense I suppose but the guy is clearly using fake pictures since he reposted the exact same pics on a new post. What concerned me was the first action he too was to repost the exact same pics in a different size. I sent him a message asking if these pics were of the suit he was supposed to be sending me. No response.

khalilnasiri @queenbee1214_ thanks! The nice about poshmark is they don’t get paid until 3 days after you receive your item or until you select “accept” on the delivery, whichever is first. So if he never sends it, I get my money refunded or if he tried to send some junk, I get my money refunded when I send it back.

fashionoam @khalilnasiri @queenbee1214_ I can’t stand aside without speaking up when I see honest people getting screwed. I have been dealing with Gucci for many years and can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that everything in that closet is fake. I wish poshmark performed authentication for items under $500 as these would have not passed. I will suggest this to them so we can avoid honest people getting screwed. I just hate seeing that.

khalilnasiri @fashionoam thanks, i figured once i got it- i have a friend who has the same Authentic suit and there were a few ways we could tell- like the label. Poshmark wasnt helpful. I think you have to assume anything listed below 500 is probably fake. I also was being willfully naive to believe a gucci tracksuit nwt would be listed under 500 (let alone under 300).

fashionoam @khalilnasiri You’re welcome. I just hate to see people getting screwed. And you’re right. Just for the price alone unless it was heavily used it would be a red flag. And the attached tag wouldn’t be empty - it would have a sticker with the size and serial number. And you can usually tell most fakes by the quality of the stitching too.

fashionoam @khalilnasiri There are still honest people here who sell real items for under 500. I always look at the seller feedback, love notes, their response to comments etc. I usually just stay away from sellers who just created an account and have a handful of items.
