sparklestars8 Hi and thank you for sharing my listings, and for the positive words on my closet! I’m new and had a question. It seems like people are adding single items to a “bundle” and I’m not sure what that means. I know you can offer bundle prices, and I haven’t set that up yet. Just confused about what is going on with the single items. Thanks for any insight!

slimi19 @sparklestars8 don't worry about it ! The bundle needs 2 or more items to be created . Then you will get a message to give the buyer an offer 😊many buyers are not serious about adding more items to their bundle 😊

sportie40 Hi! This is your neighbor... the newbie from Burke. I’m so embarrassed 😩 I sold a purse and I can’t find it anywhere. I always try and ship ASAP. I feel terrible and don’t know how or who to call to let them know and apologize and cancel. Any advice??

slimi19 @sportie40 hi don’t worry you can contact anytime. First go to your “my sales “ and click on it. Will show the name of the buyer, your profit ... the shipping label will be sent to your email. Print it pack your package and ship it. I always get the supplies free from the post office. I hope my answer will help! If you need more advise don’t hesitate to ask .

sportie40 Thanks so much for such a quick response. I actually misplaced the purse and can’t find it to ship it. Somehow I have to cancel the entire transaction... that’s where I’m stuck. I really need to get organized...I’m so ashamed
